I haven't done yoga in over a year and to be honest, I've never surpassed the "beginner" stage of my practice. I purchased a 2 week pass which gives you access to unlimited classes for $35 + tax. This is a gorgeous studio with a lovely change room. No need to bring a lock, each locker has a key that you can use while you're there. I've only attended the hot hatha classes so my experience is rather limited but I love the narrow heated studio. As mentioned by Ryan T., there is only room for 2 rows so you can still see the instructor easily and there is a more intimate feel to the group. After you finish class, relax with a hot cup of tea before you continue your day.
There are a variety of membership options as well as passes, drop ins and discounts. You can rent mats and towels if needed and there seems to be a variety of class options to try out. I'm looking forward to trying out a Yoga Barre class which incorporates Pilates, yoga and dance conditioning. There are restorative classes and meditation, so lots of options for all. You can book classes online as well as any of the other services they offer such as registered massage therapy, naturopathic medicine and ayurvedic treatments.
All of the staff and instructors I've been in contact with have been fantastic, welcoming and friendly. I've enjoyed myself so much that I want to continue and attend classes regularly. If you're in the neighbourhood and looking for a yoga studio to call home, give them a try!
