  • here is the thing If you don't live within like 2 blocks of their 27th ave. location and the issue does not fall within their extremely tight parameters they wont help. They could not care less that is why they will ask you about 10 questions before they will even get to the reason for the call ...it is an attempt to get out of any responsibility for the very thing they cliam to do " CARE FOR ANIMALS " It took a call to the police to get them to respond ,to actually do their job ...long story short They just don't care. In the end with the help of the police a third party agency help Maricopa County Animal Care & Control ? no not them like I said they just don't care about animals
