  • KAREN is NOT friendly. She is rude to customers and hires HORRIBLE managers. Today she complained about me taping over my labels and that if she has to scan it more than once then it's not worth their time to try and scan it again! Hello!? There's no line and it's empty and your lazy ass is refusing to scan my labels because your scanner sucks ass. Time before they wouldn't give me a FREE priority mail envelope because I didn't buy the postage through them. They said they get no money when i buy my postage online. They do NOT want to help anyone dropping off packages. Maybe they shouldn't open a USPS if they can't handle it? Karen, the owner is a rude lady.
