  • Used this school for my teenager. Was a miscommunication re a canceled lesson, and a message WAS not left. But still had lessons with 2 instructors both were professional, friendly and helpful. But because of the 1 star review the owner called my daughter. She did apologize, but I don't think it's appropriate for owner to contact person who posted review. Received yet another call today from someone at company re review. They apologized and AGAIN referred to the 1 star rating on yelp. Many businesses have a few bad reviews, it's not the end of the world, we are all entitled to an opinion. Just work on customer service and do great business. PLEASE DO NOT contact my daughter again. Thank you.
