What changed? I feel that every package I take here has some "issue" that they require me to pay money to have them put it into their own box. We ship 100's of packages a day with USPS, UPS and FedEx and never have this issue with any of our normal pickups. We only come here since this is the last pick-up of the day in town for FedEx. There is a lack of courtesy and simple customer service at this location. Please let me know what you plan on doing to improve the customers experience. Thanks...
