  • Misleading and terrible service. I scheduled a bath for my 2 bernese Mountain dogs, and scheduler informed me that only rabies vaccine was needed, which we had our vet provide days in advance. Upon arrival, they informed me the bath could not be completed because we did not provide 2 additional vaccines...which they never requested after we had expressly asked them what vaccine information was needed. Regardless it was a bad experience, and all due to their lack of communication and poor misleading service. I understand the need to have proper vaccine information, but they need to work on informing their clients, and not creating a inconvenience. We will not be back.
