We just purchased a new home which is under Camco. Terrrrible customer service. You guys seriously need to get it together. The previous owners of the home did not leave any remotes behind. As mentioned in other reviews, Camco rudely just told us you have to buy them. I believe as new residents of the neighborhood we should be given some sort of welcome package with remotes, keys, etc. On top of that, they take forever to get back in touch with you. They seem to always have their out of office on. I wish I was on vacation as much as they were! Super irritating! They need better customer service in that office. Update: Just ask for the community manager. She is awesome and actually gets things done for you. After I pitched a little baby B%#$ they provided me with my fob.
