  • So disappointed with Rusmur service. I had a peak at the seam in my carpet. Steve came to look at it and said he would send a service man out. After almost a month of waiting the "service man" turned up and proceeded to beat my carpet with a hammer where the seam was. I could not believe my eyes. I thought carpet beating went out with the 18th century. No one has called back to see if I am satisfied. I will never go to Rusmur again and will not recommend them.
