  • A real fun experience at the Whisk(e)y Attic. JD knows his shit and it shows. Very cool educational experience that taught me alot (and I thought I knew a little bit!) The CSTEM method was eye opening and super effective. I don't think I'll ever drink whiskey without thinking about and using this. Well worth the time and money. JD is a great guy and super friendly, also good source of knowledge about what to do after the tasting!
