  • Brought truck in for commercial vehicle inspection. Booked an appointment a week in advance to ensure vehicle was completed quickly. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and didn't hear from anyone all day so I called and they said it would need to stay overnight. Next day I get a call and said it failed due to cracked windshield and window tint. Fair enough, however during the preliminary walk around of the vehicle the previous day this could of been brought to my attention instead of holding my vehicle for a day and charging me $265. Will use someone else for our fleet of equipment for there annual CVIP.
