Best Buy has always been my to go to spot to indulge in my compulsive spending ways. They usually have pretty good deals which keeps me coming back. The one thing that bugs me is their customer service. Everytime I go in there it seems they have very little people on the floor and the ones that are on the floor are always helping others making it an even longer obstacle to get out of there quickly. There is one more thing that makes my experience with best buy even worse! I collect special packages blurays called "steelbooks". I always go in and pre-order then so when it's released I can just go in and pick it up. That is far from what really happens. Multiple times I've pre-ordered and paid in full for the steelbooks, they've somehow apologize and tell me they sold it to someone else. Other times they've lied to my face and said they didn't receive enough (when my friend was there that morning and told me there was a bunch of them on the sales floor). Completely inconsiderate and incompetent. Another incident two guy and I were trying to find a limited item, the worker told us they might have one in the back. It was the release day so they should have had a number of them. Another worker came to us to see what was going on because we were aggravated. He laughed and said he doesn't get paid to deal with our little disputes. Umm it's called customer service. You deal with it all day. Man up and do your job or go find some better excuse to make your life meaningful. I've seen too many times best buy employees just standing around talking and laughing instead of actually helping people. So if anyone really wants a relaxing dream job, go apply for best buy...the end.
