The absolute worst customer service!!! I didn't realize their wifi would be so bad , i troubleshooted for a week or so and realized it wasn't any of my devices so i chatted customer service and was greeted by a "Johan B." who basically told me since i hadn't let them know sooner, he just didn't care about my issue. What a slap in the face as a customer paying for a service! When i mentioned i would need to switch to a different provider he also just sent a templated message like "thanks, glad we could help" They must have so many customers they have the luxury of not caring if they lose some. SHAME ON YOU COX COMMUNICATIONS!
