Some of these reviews are a little picky.
We were greeted very warmly at the entrance to the restaurant and I requested a menu to look at. When it occurred to me that all I was in the mood for was simple spaghetti and meatball, maître d' came over and said although it's not on the menu will be glad to make it for you. My date was happy with her egg plant parmesan. However, portions were small and rather expensive. But I expect to pay a lot because your really paying for the view, the upscale elegance and the location.
The view! Of course the view is spectacular 360° of Toronto at its best. What are people talking about when they say the decor is old? It's all wood, built-in glass shelves and wine racks, absolutely beautiful, very rich.
The service was perfect!
