  • My A/C went out last weekend (of course during the hottest part of the summer) and I had no idea who to contact. There seems to be 10,000 A/C companies in this town which makes it difficult to know who is good and who is bad. I asked my neighbor - who has been in the Las Vegas Valley for over 40 years - if they had anyone who they knew that was good. He told me he has used Right Now Air for 10+ years and they were the only company that I was allowed to use! I called and spoke to a very nice lady who was able to get someone to my house later that afternoon. Just like they promised, they called me when they were on their way and when the gentleman arrived, he was incredibly friendly. It's always a little uncomfortable letting people like that into your house but Tyrone was so nice and funny that I felt like we had known each other for years after 5 minutes! He inspected my unit and attic for about 20 minutes and determined what the problem was. He came down and gave me several different options. I never once felt like I was "being sold". Since my house is about 10 years old, I was concerned that my unit is in the early stages of maybe needing to be replaced. However, Tyrone was very honest and professional. He told me we could fix the problem for a few hundred dollars and that should hold me over for several more years. He said my unit was in great shape except for the one part that went out. He had the part there that needed to be replaced so he fixed it in less than an hour. Tyrone was incredibly ethical and straightforward. And he has a great sense of humor as well! I have dealt with a number of different contractors over the last few decades and I have never felt so comfortable and taken care of as I did with this company. I even bought my neighbor a thank you card for referring such a great company. I know i'll have to replace my entire system someday and I will DEFINITELY use Right Now Air. I can't thank them enough for all of their help.
