  • I don't normally give 5 star reviews as perfection is hard to attain. We had our upright spinet serviced by Kelly Dugger today and I can not recommend her highly enough. Scheduling was easy and soooo worth the 4 week wait. She cleaned and tuned our old, beat up thrift shop piano so thoroughly and completely, informed us how to spot termites, got rid of some spiders, improved the action, and made our beloved instrument sing beautifully! All for less than the price I booked; I wasn't sure how much time was needed since it had been 2 years and a home improvement since the last tuning. There is something so special about her, besides her honesty. It is evident that she is brilliant at what she does, she cares, and she loves doing it. I have two young children and she was a very calming presence for the duration of her visit. I have had this piano services by other tuners who claimed that the action was not repairable and that the pitch would forever be flat. Kelly was not phased by our challenges and I am so pleased. Do yourself a favor and book her. She is the consummate professional and a delight to have in your home.
