  • This company is unbelievable. after waiting MONTHS for them to replace two defective appliances I had to call for service on my ice maker. Conns sent out a representative with whom they contract repairs and I was told the part would take a week. Well, it's been a week and I was just told that the part hasn't come in, they don't know when it's coming in, and I should just wait...indefinitely.
