  • I like the spa and it seems to work well. The design is neat. I would probably buy it again. However, it delivering the spa--they tore up the tile on my porch and refuse to contact me or help me fix the tile. I appreciated the efforts in delivery and to be truthful--had the tile repaired. We only moved into the home March. I have photos showing pre delivery and no damage. What bugs me is that the refusal to engage--so if I have a problem with my spa am I going to get the same run around? To repair the tile was 197.00. Not a lot of money-more of just a hassle.
