  • Bought Dish for the office thought it would be fun. Only half of the receivers work, the ones that do work need to be reset on a bi-weekly basis. Our receivers are up high so you need to get on a chair to reset them, or go in the file server room. Once re-set it takes 10 minutes to come back, break time is over. Watching TV should be fun, now it is just a source of angst. The service guys admit its junk and is not reliable, they are just going the motions. To cancel it will cost me $480, but I am now thinking that it will be the best money I have ever spent. Next time you are at a home show or event that Dish is set up looking for new customers, take a minute help your fellow man and ask them why they are the worst reviewed company on the internet. Now if you excuse me I have to clime up on a chair to re- set my receiver.
