  • I've had my lashes done at several other lash spas in town and while I was satisfied with them, was never really wowed by them. A friend of a friend (who's lashes always look beautiful) recommended Sassylashes so I started following them on IG and liked what I saw. I was able to make an appointment very easily online. I love that! The pricing was listed when I made the appointment so it was super upfront. They confirmed my appointment via email and then the night before texted me to confirm my appointment. Personally, I love that because it's hard to take calls if I'm working or trying to wrangle my toddler. The confirmation text gave crystal clear instructions on where they're located, how important it is to be prompt and forms of payment accepted. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted. The spa is clean and adorably decorated. I filled out the form and the receptionist explained their 3day promise which I thought was really cool. She confirmed that my deposit was received, what type of lashes I had decided on and what my total would be at the end of my service. She introduced me to my last artist. She was very nice, she asked me how I liked my lashes and got to work. I felt bad because at one point I needed a potty break but she was very kind and understanding. Afterwards I asked for a little more volume and again, was very kind and added the volume. I wish I would have asked for more volume, but that's on me. I'll be out of the country and won't be able to take advantage of their 3day promise - but again that's on me. I'll definitely be returning and think this is my new lash location. I'm passionate about stellar customer service and this place has it. They pay attention to the details and it shows. I'm very happy!
