  • Worst location possible. I've spent a lot of money at so many different PetSmarts and this, by far, is the worst. The customer service is terrible! I went in to get store credit for unopened dog food and Jeremy, the manager on duty, was so unhelpful and rude. I even called the customer service number and they didn't help either. I can't believe they don't have a better customer service policy.
