  • On my second visit, I requested the same person as the first visit. They did not honor my request. I was not happy with the second technician. Not nearly as precise as the first. My brows grew in horribly. And that is too bad since I had also brought my daughter with me on this second visit. My daughter's brows were done as badly as mine. I had raved to my daughter how wonderful this place was. I regretted exposing my daughter to a bad experience. The third visit was a disaster! I asked for the third technician to only clean up my brows but she totally changed the shape. I ended up looking like I'd used a pencil to draw really skinny brows on my face. I won't be back.
