Usual experience we have had at this location was that the sales reps did not really seem to want to help, unless we werei buying something. Kinda felt like we were bothering them. My daughter recently went for an upgrade, and for the first time in my life with Verizon, they charged her a "set up and go" fee if $19.50! This is on top of the set up and activation fee charged by the Verizon company. This is not an actual Verizon store. They are authorized to sell. I called VW and the rep called the store, and sure enough they admitted they charged this $19.50 for activation and set up. Double charge, as the VW rep agreed! On top of this, my daughter says they did not tell her about this charge. Plus they hard sold the warranty. I was not there and would have questioned these things. I do not like the warranty, since it has a deductible. As cheap to replace the screen usually. Will make the trek to Rock Hill for now on for all of our phone and tablet needs. Fortunately VW agreed thjs was excessive and refunded me.
