  • This is a five star facility from beginning to end a far as I am concerned! I have had far more accidents than the average person so I have a lot to compare with. At Hargraves the people are very clear with you about what to expect (and what not to expect.) That is pretty important as your car is one of those things that is essential in most person's lives. When they have done work for me I have found the job they do is complete. I have never had to take anything back to them ever. That is almost hard to believe, isn' it? From the front office to the technicians I have always been treated well. What more can a person ask! Another reason why I can recommend Hargraves is my friend's experience with experience there. Norma was 85 when she took her car there, She had a few dings and some scratches that need to be taken out. I had asked her please not to go anyplace without me as she really didn't have a clue as to what to expect to be charged. She went to three places for estimates. Hargraves gave her the best estimate. I was surprised how reasonable it was. When we picked up her car it looked terrific. A couple spots which looked worse than you might think could just be polished out making the job less expensive according to the owner. These people also have worked with me when an insurance companies estimate wasn't going to do some work I expected done when one of my car's was almost totaled. I think anyone, male or female, young or old can walk into Hargraves and receive the same professional service. No lambs being led to the slaughter when you go in there. What could be better than that?
