I stopped by on Saturday night and ordered their 16 piece meal for $34.99. I paid for the food in their drive thru and went home. When I got there the order was wrong. I took the mistake item back to the restaurant and waited in line for 10 plus minutes to speak with the manager, Tiffany. I explained to her about the mistake and asked for compensation for my time and gasoline. Her answer was she would replace the item and give me a couple of pieces of chicken. I explained to her that I had spent nearly 40 minutes driving and waited in line so I thought a little more was owed for their mistake. She stated that was all that she was willing to do and that was the end of it.
I explained that I did not make the mistake but that I would be filing a disputed charge on my credit card. I left the mistaken food and walked out. This store has extremely poor customer service! I would have been happy if she would have replaced my missing item and offered more than a couple of chicken wings.
I would recommend staying away from this store as their is another chicken special restaurant within the North Olmsted area. I will be calling their regional and corporate offices.
