This is a standard bowling alley. I'm not really sure how else to qualify it. There are shoes, lanes, balls, ok food, and decently priced beer. There are enough balls for a variety of groups and the price is pretty standard for this sort of thing.
I believe there is also cosmic bowling on Friday? nights but I am not sure so definitely check before you go. If you like bowling, this is a pretty standard place to go and it's not far from the C Train, so it seems like a convenient spot. The food is ok and the beer is decently priced - I don't expect much else from bowling alleys. There is also a shop to buy bowling gear, but you can also get a lot of that online these days so I'm not sure how the value compares.
It's hard for me to say much else - if you want to go 10-pin bowling this is a decent place to visit.
