  • I've never experienced such rudeness in a store I spent so much money in this store during the holidays and all year long. It's unbelievable how I was treated today while attempting to exchange a pair of shoes they ordered and delivered WRONG. I tell you, I will never shop at this store ever again. I tried exchanging my shoes for the right size and the lady at the register Sheila was so unbelievably rude. I have complained about her rudeness in the past but it doesn't seem like anyone cares (not my problem) she's running off their customers not mine, and honestly I never let her bother me until today. She was beyond rude her co-worker Enrique was rude as well. They expected me to pay for their mistakes and the cashier was using such a rude tone and her boss or co worker Enrique saw how upset I was and he seemed to think it was a bit humorous as he had a smirk in his face while talking to me, not professional. I don't have time for games. It honestly was very disappointed. They messed up on my order and they would not provide the correct product. Not a good way to conduct business.
