I have had nothing but issues with this place ever since we switched from Sands Kia in Surprise to them when we moved to Glendale. Their service department is all about the money and have no clue what customer service is. The first time we took our car into them, we had received a voucher from Kia for $300 worth of free service work. When I personally spoke to the service sales guy, yes I use the word sales because that is what they are there to do, I specifically told him that I did not want him to waste the voucher on changing the air filter (because I had just changed it 2 weeks earlier), cabin filter or rotating the tires. What do they do; all three things I told them not to do, so I received a $300 oil change. We took our car back into them today because one of the circulating fans behind the glove box was making a ticking noise. We had purchased an extended warranty via advantage. When my wife spoke to the service sales rep (Jason) he stated he knew what the issue was and would need to call the warranty company to find out if it was covered. After waiting for several hours, Jason called and said that everything was covered under the warranty but that we would have to pay a $100 deductible. What he didn't tell us and what I found out later was that this deductible was a "disappearing deductible" that is not charged if the original dealership does the work. So instead of telling us this information he holds us hostage by telling me that they are going to charge me a $100 fee regardless because they had to "diagnose" the problem. I call BS. Good customer service would be telling us what the warranty covered and the costs before locking us into this $100 "diagnoses" cost. Will never purchase or visit this dealership ever again.
