  • I experienced water damage due to my water heater failing. I contacted the home warranty company who sent out Ideal Services. Great Company, highly recommended. Because of the damage, George of Ideal recommended ERX. Jon came out and assessed the damage. The following day the clean up began. After the clean up, the supervisor, Kevin, came out to explain everything to me. He checked in on a regular basis to make sure everything was going smoothly. The network of painter/drywall, plumber, carpet repair and cleaning and his follow-thru has been something Kevin should be proud of. He is a heartfelt provider very interested in client satisfaction and the reputation of your company! What could have been a nighmare turned into a positive experience. They even handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. I highly recommend ERX Emergency Restoration Experts!
