  • I'd give 5 stars to go to the nice gal that checked us in, but we will never go back now. We paid for the frontline plus they offered and that should have been a red flag. I have never found a tick on my dogs and now after a 3 night stay here my house is infested! I called to let them know but the only thing they told me is they did treat my dogs, obviously they are not treating the grounds properly (also we didn't let them play with other dogs, just in case, so it is definitely just from the grounds). So after a hefty bill for boarding we now had to pay to get my house sprayed, steamed, and cleaned to remove all ticks and babies that were all over! Was absolutely disgusting, almost threw out my mattress thinking it was bed bugs! Thank goodness I had an expert come over and tell me right away it was a tick infestation, gross!! So unless you want to deal with this headache I've had for over 2 weeks, good luck!!
