  • I'll disclose I am an employee at this petsmart but I want to leave my review as I have been coming here for years prior to me starting work there last year... my dogs all go to the pet hotel few times a year... I've always been able to call and check on them and family can see them also in case I want them checked on... the kennels are very roomy... there is always staff there 24/7... Alexis is the manager in there and along with the whole staff including other manager Brad they make sure my pups are loved and taken care of... now as I started working there I get to see how much these people truly care about the animals even more so than you may see... I trust this pet hotel location with my babies!!!
