  • 04/26/18 My mobile detailer was unavailable so I had to bring the car in here to get it washed as I have family coming into town. Big mistake. My husband and I dropped off the car around noon and picked it up around 5pm so we could get some errands done. Once again they missed the second and third rows. I purposely folded the second and third row seats down so that they would not miss them. They didn't even lift up the seats to vacuum. And apparently they do not clean the insides of the windows or the mirrors because there are still my kids fingerprints all over them. They did try to do the right thing and give me a free car wash and fixed the issue though. I'm just irritated as hell that I pay a lot of money to have my car detailed and they're wasting my time. The manager came over and talked to me and said he even has a quality control guy amongst all of the workers not one of them can get it right at any time I bring my car in! This is absolutely last time my husband I bring our cars here.
