  • On April 1, 2015 I sat at my dining room table with Phil Anthony and his assistant Tiffany. They listened with compassion to the story of my house and my children and offered solid advice about the next right thing to do for our best interests. I was immediately comfortable placing my trust in Phil's family business, one he and his wife Colleen lead with great diligence and pride. By April 23rd, Phil had found a buyer who purchased my house and one of his best agents, Marissa Fogel, helped me make an offer on a house that suited my family's needs completely. I closed on both properties on June 1, 2015 (and they let me). Throughout this Kennywood ride, Phil, Colleen, Tiffany and Marissa kept me on track, laughing, and for the most part lighthearted. Their professionalism coupled with an accepting grace eased the stress of selling, buying, and moving for me. They are an uncommon group of people and this yelp review (my first ever) is the beginning of me telling everyone I know! Kate Davin-Flynn
