I would say that this place is average. The prices are a little high and the service is variable. The hostess will literally not allow people to take the best seats available, because those seats are "reserved" for parties of a certain size. We sat through our entire meal just staring covetously at the empty table where we wanted to sit. Parties of a certain size never randomly walked in while we were there, mainly because this is not San Francisco and there is more than enough seating for all possible customers. On the bright side, I really liked their almond crepe. I also liked the closed-circuit TV that shows the chef preparing the food in the kitchen.
