Totally rude. I stopped in at 450 for a haircut. The guy was lounging in the barber chair chatting on the phone. He looked at me and asked "what do you want? " I said I wanted a haircut. He said normally he would but he had to leave in 5 minutes to pick up his kid. Mind you, the shop closed at 6. I walked out and then went back in to tell him that I came by because of the good reviews on Yelp but I wouldn't be coming back. He said "what do you want me to tell you, your next haircut's on me? " I told no because I wouldn't be back. I guess New York, New York means you get New York, New York attitude. What a jerk!
