Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service given to me by the owner, Pam. I made an appointment here and was excited to try on some dresses that were in my price range. It was also the very first place I was going to to look at dresses. I made the appointment and Pam called to confirm. She also told me that there was going to be a camera crew in that day but that I wouldn't be filmed and would not affect my appointment. I said that it was fine and confirmed my appointment for the next day. I came in with a few other people and Pam began helping us right away. Everything started off fine and I even found a few dresses that were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes into the appointment she said she had to leave us with her husband because the camera crew was arriving. (The appointment time that it says online was 120 minutes so this seemed weird). Her husband was unable to help me put the dresses on and for the most part was completely absent during the whole process as he was preoccupied with the camera crew. This left my friend to help me into the dresses- some of which were very confusing to button and zip. We did not see Pam for the rest of the appointment. I decided to put a dress on hold which they told me would cost 50 dollars, but if I came back that money would go towards a purchase- they did not specify that it had to be a dress, just a purchase. In the end I decided not to get the dress but figured I would purchase something else to use the credit for. I went back in to do this and the owner Pam not only did not recognize me but simply told me it was non refundable. When I tried to talk to her about the situation she simply said we don't do that here and walked away from me, leaving me speechless standing in the front of the store. I was willing to spend money here and even almost bought a dress, but the lack of customer service given to me by the owner prompted me to write this review to hopefully warn other soon to be brides.
