I have yet to place a new or refill order without a problem occurring.
The professional staff is pleasant, but not to be considered competent.
One exception is RPh., John.
Last week I used their phone system to Re-Order a medication and sure enough it was lost.
Main store seems to do better but cover the directions on a container with price/Security tags.
This all indicates to me that I am an object, not a patient, not a prized customer, but someone to get money from and then get the heck out of the store.
