Let me start by saying I have a home warranty. This company was chosen by the warranty company to repair my dryer. When I first spoke to the scheduler, she indicated that they do a/c and appliance repair. Flag #1. It is the middle of summer in Arizona and A/C repairs are in high demand. They also informed me that appliance repair was not their priority. Of course not when they can make a killing on a/c repair. I received a date when the repair was to be made. Issue #2. After waiting from 8 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. I called to be told I would have received a confirmation time. Mind you, this is the same person that scheduled my appointment. I told her you only gave me a date and not a time. I told her that I was sorry I didn't realize she failed to do her job the first time and give me an appointment time. After some negotiating she decided to look up my appointment time and confirmed that it had indeed been missed and she contacted the employee. He supposedly ran over his appointments and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He eventually arrived to determine the dryer was too old to repair and determined it would have to be replaced. As in the past, this information is usually communicated from the company to the warranty company. Issue #3. When he was at my home he indicated once he reported the information to the warranty company (which would take him a few days btw) they would schedule the delivery and installation which could take 6-8 weeks. Issue #4. 6 weeks later I called to follow up with D & G only to find out they do not intend to deliver or install the dryer. I called the warranty company to be told they just found out themselves the company does not deliver and install. It has been Since June 7th and to date, I have no replacement. The worse customer experience all around. If D & G reads this, get a new scheduler. The one you have seems to lack knowledge and is rude.
