  • I'm wasn't a frequent Ulta shopper in the past but now that it's in my neighborhood I have found myself there a few times. I do get their email coupons and they have promotions in their mailer. I don't always think their prices on accessory type products like moisturizers, mascaras, non name brand makeup items are that good. I can find these products elsewhere usually cheaper and use a coupon on to of it but again convenience. Also for products like Bare Minerals you can't earn points here like you would at the store, but you do get points towards their frequent buyer program. What I do like is their customer service. Last time Chrissy assisted me in finding foundation. She introduced me to a product line I had never used before but am now a fan of. It was on the expensive side so she also showed me the drugstore equivalent as an option. I once had an issue with a product and the return was hassle free.
