We ordered food for our office on Uber Eats at around 11am. It is currently 12:35pm, we called them to get a better estimate on our order. Their response: the health department was there and they haven't even started on it but all 8 dishes will be done in 15 minutes. Having worked in the service industry, I can attest that operations for a restaurant does not come to a screeching halt for a standard health inspection....
