First time customer of Century Link internet service which we decided to try since they are the only company that doesn't make you sign a contract. We had 2 separate appointments for installation and both times they no called and no showed! I've never seen a business do this ever and we called to find out what's going on, apparently they were just too busy to get to us. Odd customer service...so why am I giving 5 stars?? Because out of the blue, we get a call from a technician named Luis on a Saturday afternoon and said he was in the area and could come by and set up our service. Luis R. Is a total ROCKSTAR!!! This man apologized for the other poor service guys that didn't even have the decency to call us to let us know they couldn't keep our appointment and Luis was friendly, courteous and was so thorough and explained everything that we would need to know to have optimal service! He offered the Best customer service I've ever received! Luis deserves a raise , cause we were ready to cancel our order due to the previous lack of communication. Thank goodness for Luis or else we would definitely take our business elsewhere!!
