  • Such a great experience! Andrea is the loveliest, sweetest thing ever. White was the first store i went to when shopping for my dress. I found the prefect dress in the first session i had. the girls were super helpful and patient. They were super diligent in taking my measurements. Andrea personally double checked my measurements, which at the time struck me as great attention to detail. They stock great designers with dresses in all price ranges. My dress wasn't expensive at all - I found mine for under $1000. So don't be intimidated by location of the store - you might find what you are looking for. After my dress was ordered, they were great at following up. I had 3 - 4 fittings with their seamstress and every time i went in the girls were super polite and sweet even when i was second guessing my choice. The seamstress was great too, she did a wonderful job sewing a bra into my dress. And i was pleasantly shocked when after 4 fittings it cost me just 95 CAD! I was totally expecting to shell out more. Because my wedding date kept changing, they kept my dress in their storage area for about a year, no hassle, which i found really helpful. About a month before my wedding, they followed up with me about how i was going to transport my dress. When i said i was flying with it, they had great tips for how to handle the dress and they even packaged it appropriately. And a week before my wedding when i went to pick up my dress, it was beautifully pressed and packed and Andrea personally came to check on me and they had a gift bag with a whole bunch of useful last minute things i might need if i was having wedding day emergencies like safety pins, nipple stickers, two sided tape and a lovely Swiss army knife. All in all, it was a great experience. I totally wish i was getting married again just to get an excuse to go buy another dress at the store. I'm heading over tonight to say thanks to the girls :-)
