  • Went to my bank on warm springs and Durango dr. They were painting the entire area where the ATM's machines are located. Decided to walk inside the bank and make deposit with teller and I was greeted by Oriental young lady at counter. Told her I wanted to deposit into my acc and gave her my debit card and cash. She proceeds to lecture with a terrible attitude about how the slips deposits are right behind me and how I should fill it out before getting to the window and making it a longer process for her and the people behind me! If the atms were available then there would be no need for me to deal with a teller inside! Horrible customer service, i was so upset at the way she spoke to me that i didn't even got her name. Will call the bank so they are aware that their staff needs some customer service training desperately! No wonder they have tons of bad reviews.
