  • Do not ever give your money to this company. My wife ordered a bedroom set and received painted plywood. This was back in February 2015. She also ordered a pillow top mattress and recieved a mattress that felt like the springs were going to pop out and penetrate your body. The frame absolutely disintegrated into a bunch of sticks and splinters when my daughter laid on the bed a month later. We attempted to resolve the matter through the manufacturer warranty. The woman from bigs furniture named Elaine ignored our calls for a month or two straight and emails as well. Of course this is after she said she will process the warranty immediately. We had to threaten legal action for her to finally return my wife's calls. She said the part was in and we scheduled a delivery. The delivery came and they had the wrong bed. We schedule another delivery when they said the part came again. Test time when they brought it to my house it was the wrong color. We just now received the replacement part a couple days ago. 5 months later. They refused to refund any of the 1000 + dollars for the ply wood bedroom set, even though my husband lost wages for the three or four times he had to take off of work to be there so the strange delivery man could bring the wrong parts over and over.
