Wow! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service that I received. I called 2 Walmart locations asking to speak to a customer service rep (spring mountain and rainbow location & this one) and both reps I spoke to at both locations were horrible. At this particular location, I spoke to a rep from the electronics department and as soon as he heard I had a question to ask, he responded in a way where he seemed extremely annoyed. I was not at all pleased with his tone or the way he was responding. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Now in the spring mountain and rainbow location, the rep I spoke with was actually from the customer service department. After being on hold for like 4 minutes before I got an answer from a rep, the lady that answered the phone was extremelyyyyy rude. Not only did she sound completely annoyed at the fact that I had a question to ask, she was not listening and kept cutting me off while I was asking my question. I could not believe that a company like Walmart, would employ these individuals to represent their company. I love Walmart but I refuse to shop at an establishment that does not respect its customers and treats them like they are an inconvenience. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
