  • I felt welcomed when dropping off my X5 for service. It was my first experience with the Service Department, and it was great from the get go. Driving up to the service drop-off my last name was on the overhead screen welcoming me. (Nice touch) I was greeted and then escorted to Bob Molanick's office. Introductions were made, he told me what they would be doing toady and I was off with my loaner car. Bob told me the car would be ready at 2, and at 12, I received a call saying the car was ready. Car was washed and ready when I picked it up at 1. Great service and nice people!! Thank you!!
