  • If less than 1 star was an option, that's what they would get. They are slumlords. They do not offer walk thru's on move-ins or move-outs, then try to stick property improvements on tenants. Google them before entering into contract with them. They are friendly and professional until you need something from them. Then they won't take or return phone calls or emails. Avoid them at all costs, save yourself the headache.
