| - I'm usually not a fan of AYCE restaurants. Especially when it comes to Sushi. Sushi Goyemon is the exception.
This is not your standard ACYE sushi affair. You don't walk up to a station. There are no lines. Food does not sit out under a heat lamp. Rather, you order what you desire from the menu at the comfort of your seat.
The menu here is extensive and consists of your standard sushi, sashimi, and rolls. However, they also include a variety of appetizers, grilled items, specials, desserts, and more. You may come here thinking that you'll get your value here only based on volume and how much you can consume. Don't be fooled, their food here is delicious. You'll get your value from quality as well.
Some of my favorites from the menu are;
- Sashimi Salad
- Seaweed Salad
- Super White Tuna Sushi
- Salmon Sushi
- Cajun Albacore Sushi
- Sunrise Roll
- Dragon Roll
- Sexy Girl Roll
- Volcano Roll
- Mochi Ice Cream
The atmosphere here is like any other typical casual Japanese restaurant. Then again, you don't go to AYCE for the atmosphere. Just be cautious of the long lines and wait when you arrive. They don't accept reservations so expect a wait during peak times.
The price for dinner is $27 which seems fair amongst the competition in Vegas. But given the amount I usually eat when I come here, I guarantee they're losing money. It's one of the few places you can go in Vegas and leave a winner.
Come here for pure Japanese gluttony on great food. You won't be disappointed.
