| - Went here on a Thursday around 3.30 PM and there was quite a line. I think between waiting in line to order and waiting to get my to go order, it took almost 30 minutes. They made each order fresh though, so I guess that's why it took a while. Their menu is quite extensive with various dessert offerings, such as porridges, herbal jelly, shaved iced, milk teas, and tofu pudding to name a few. There are lots of combination you can choose from within each category.
I ordered their purple rice porridge with taro filled sweet potato balls (5 pcs), as the porridge was a favorite of mine growing up. You can choose to order it cold or hot. I really like how they make the porridge here, as it's not too sweet. The person who took my order did say that none of their desserts are made overly sweet. The sweet potato balls have a nice bouncy chewy texture, not overly cooked, and the taro filling is delicious.
You can add on extra items (boba, mung bean, taro, almond pudding, etc.) for an additional $.50 to $1 each to any of the desserts you order.
They give you a pager after you order, so you can pick up your desserts at the counter once they're ready. If you eat there, they ask you to return your dishes at a drop off station that's on the left side.
Plenty of seatings, but almost all were taken the day I went there. The parking lot was the fullest I've ever seen from that plaza lol. This place is very popular at the moment. Hopefully, the line will slow down once they've been opened for a while
