I made an appointment for both my mother and I three weeks ago when we went for our first pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately the next day my gel polish started peeling the next day. Since I live in Florence and only get to Cave Creek once a week to visit my Mom I had to wait to get it fixed. I went in and she seated me promptly and fixed my nails. She also charged me $21! I was shocked as it was their polish that chipped off. Anyway , I paid it and told them see you in two weeks for our appointment. I was upset when I got home and the new gel color peeled off completely on two fingers and partially on three others. See pictures. Since me and my mom just started doing Our nail appointments together I figured I would just deal with it and wait for our appointment. So guess what happened today when we showed up for our 10:30 appointment.... they seated walk ins instead and ask if we could come back later??!? What ? We made the appointment three weeks ago! I spent $130 that day for two pedicures a manicure and a gel fill with tip, and you are telling me you "forgot" to make the return appointment? I wanted you write it down. I have never been treated so poorly. I have been in the restaurant management business for 20 years and would never treat a guest the way we were treated today! We will never go
