I should have listened to the reviews before I actually came to this place.
I had to call the 1800-Dentist hotline because I was in some pretty serious pain from a damaged crown that needed to be replaced so I went to a place with the first available appointment slot, the operator assured me that this place would be just fine, even after I expressed hesitation after looking at the reviews. He said, "because they've been in business for 20 years, theres bound to be some negative reviews that are in the mix". Big mistake.
I will keep it short but overall :
--They quoted me outrageous prices (granted, I don't have insurance) that seemed to just be a bunch of extra things that I didn't need to have done to fix the problem. So many unexplained fees!!!
--Office is run down and is really not up to the cleanliness standards you would expect from a dentist's office. Lastly, there's an assortment of 10 different sugary cereals/snacks/cookies that are the first thing you see on display when you walk in...not a great look. That may seem petty but it really gave it an unprofessional vibe.
I feel like a fool for spending my money here but at least I don't have pain anymore. If I could have waited another day, I would've gone somewhere else.
Moral of the story DO NOT BLOW OFF THE REVIEWS! Be careful if you do decide to come here.
